Bring Grief Galaxy to the families you already serve. You do not need a therapist on staff.

A coach at your site — a facilitator, a bereavement coordinator, a school counselor — runs each family's six weeks from a console built for non-clinicians. Every clinical call has a named home: your backstop, or Lucine's on-call clinician.

From application to your first family

  2. We agree the backstop.A licensed person at your site, or Lucine on-call. No backstop, no launch.
  3. Your site is created.With the name families hear, your own door at yoursite.griefgalaxy.com, and a referral code.
  4. Your coaches get accounts.Named, scoped to your site, two-step sign-in. The Guide Edition booklet is one sitting.
  5. Families arrive two ways.Through your door, or added by you. Set up the device once; the program runs its week.
  6. Screen the rest.Anyone you serve, playing or not. Intake now, the months after on your calendar.

Free to sites during the pilot. Encrypted at rest, two-step staff sign-in, every look at a named record logged; a policy packet for your compliance officer.
